PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CLARIFICATION TEXT 

This Personal Data Protection Clarification Text (“Clarification Text”) has been prepared by Alıcıbul Bilgi Teknolojileri Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Alıcıbul”) to inform users regarding the processing of their personal data while using the website https://carstudio.ai/ and the mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platforms”).  Alıcıbul reserves the right to update and/or amend this Clarification Text at any time by publishing it through the Platforms. Any updates or amendments shall become effective as of the date of publication.  a) Data Controller Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Alıcıbul Bilgi Teknolojileri Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş. acts as the data controller and processes your personal data.  b) Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data The following personal data of users visiting the Platforms are processed: 

• Identity Information 

• Contact Information 

• Visual Records 

• Customer Transaction Information 

• Transaction Security Information 

• Other Data (e.g., Tooltip information, etc.) 

Your personal data are processed based on the following purposes and legal grounds:

Execution of contract processes, conducting communication activities	KVKK Article 5/2(c): Processing is mandatory for the establishment or performance of a contract.
Ensuring compliance with legal obligations, conducting information security processes	KVKK Article 5/2(ç): Processing is mandatory for the fulfillment of the data controller’s legal obligations.
Managing customer relations processes, maintaining communication activities	KVKK Article 5/2(f): Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Conducting advertising, campaign, and promotional activities	KVKK Article 5/1: Explicit consent of the data subject is required.

c) Recipients and Purposes of Personal Data Transfers Your personal data may be shared with the following parties based on the relevant legal grounds under KVKK Article 8/2(a): 

• Authorized public institutions and organizations to fulfill our legal obligations. 

• Business partners and authorized public institutions for conducting advertising, campaign, and promotional activities. 

d) Transfer of Personal Data Abroad Since our information technology infrastructure relies on servers located abroad (e.g., Amazon, Google), your personal data may be transferred abroad with your explicit consent in accordance with KVKK Article 9.  e) Methods of Collecting Personal Data Your personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds specified in KVKK Article 5/2 through the following methods: 

• Filling out forms on the Platforms, 

• Sending emails, 

• Entering into contracts, 

• Contacting us via social media platforms, 

• Through cookies. 

f) Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11) Pursuant to KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights as a data subject: 

• To learn whether your personal data has been processed, 

• To request information if your personal data has been processed, 

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with this purpose, 

• To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data, 

• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with KVKK.
