Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy:


1. Purpose and Commitment

Alıcıbul Bilgi Teknolojileri Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Company") is committed to creating a work environment that respects human rights. We oppose all forms of modern slavery, forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking. This policy is based on ILO conventions, Turkish Labor Law, and international human rights standards.


2. Labor Standards

Prohibition of Forced Labor: No employee shall be indebted to enter employment, have their identity documents confiscated, or be forced to work against their will. Work is based entirely on the principle of voluntariness.

Child Labor: Our Company absolutely does not tolerate the employment of children below the legal working age.

Fair Wages and Working Hours: Wages paid to employees are above the legal minimum wage and comply with industry standards. Working hours and overtime practices are regulated in accordance with relevant labor laws.


3. Supply Chain Management

Our Company aims to minimize modern slavery risks not only in its own operations but also in its supply chain.

We expect and require from our suppliers and business partners:

• To provide decent working conditions for their employees,

• Not to engage in forced labor and child labor,

• To comply with relevant local and international labor laws.


4. Risk Assessment and Audit

Suppliers and business partners are subject to risk assessment regarding human rights and working conditions. Additional commitments are obtained from suppliers deemed high-risk, or on-site audits are conducted when necessary.


5. Reporting and Complaint Mechanism

Our employees and third parties can anonymously report suspicions of modern slavery or human rights violations to Company Management or established ethics reporting lines. Reporting individuals are protected and will not face any retaliation.


6. Effectiveness

This policy applies to all Company operations and business relationships. It came into effect on January 1, 2025.
